At Smith Benefits Group we help individuals find the best health plans for themselves and their families through the NYS of Health and direct to insurance carrier. We assist in the review and enrollment of the following plan types with all available health insurance companies:
A: Yes, since we are not compensated for most of these products and plans there is a yearly client charge of $99 for our services. This covers the review of income eligibility for plan type and discounts, review of plans, checking doctors’ networks, enrollment in plans and any help you need throughout the year. The fee is charged by household, not by individual.
You’ll be invoiced after enrollment/renewal and the fee is payable by check, Venmo (@colinsmithjr) or Paypal (acarparelli@smithbenenfitsgroup.com)
A: Appointments are done by phone or zoom and typically the entire process can be completed in one or two 30 minute meetings. Some more complicated cases may take longer but at Smith Benefits Group we are here to help the easiest and most difficult cases.
A: The date of birth and social security number for each enrolling person, income estimates for the current year, and a list of doctors you and your family currently see.
